Abstracts not selected for oral presentations may be presented as posters if the authors wish.

GUIDELINES

General

  • Please submit your abstracts via the internet link below. Abstracts submitted via fax, e-mail, mail, or other methods will not be accepted.
  • The conference language is English.
  • By submitting an abstract for a talk or poster, you agree to register and be present at EDRC 2015 in Heidelberg.

Abstract and Poster contents and format
  • Please formulate the goal clearly and concisely, the methods used, and the conclusion of each abstract.
  • Abstract titles should be concise and direct.
  • Please use a minimum of formatting; we cannot guarantee that abstracts will be formatted exactly as they are entered on the webpage.
  • Abstracts are limtied in length to 2,000 characters.
  • Abstracts may include one grey-scale table or figure. Each file inserted into the abstract accounts 400 characters.
  • Avoid using non-standard abbreviations.
  • Do not repeat the title or the name(s) of the author(s) in the body of the abstract.
  • Poster size is A0 format. There is no option to print your poster onsite.Posters should be prepared in advance and should be brought in person by the authors. Do not mail your poster.
  • Posters must be readable from a distance of at least 1 to 2 meters.
  • Authors are required to present their poster during the session it is assigned to..
  • The organizer will not be responsible for any loss or damage occured to posters left on the panel beyond the end of the conference. Posters left on the panel will not be mailed to the authors after the conference.
  • Abstracts will appear in the Book of Abstracts exactly as submitted. Authors are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data submitted.
